The Interdisciplinary Training Program in Education Sciences builds on and formalizes existing interdisciplinary relationships between education and social science researchers by creating a minor in Education Sciences for ITP Fellows, engaging them in extensive methodological and quantitative coursework across disciplines.
The table below shows the typical progression of courses and field experiences for students in the ITP in Education Sciences. Individual progression may vary somewhat. However, students will be expected to demonstrate satisfactory progress in all components in order to continue in the training program. An annual evaluation will be conducted in the spring semester for all ITP Fellows to determine eligibility for continued support.
